Carnival season is here, and so are king cakes! This year, we're offering some brand-new cakes to satisfy your sweet tooth:
- Satsuma Almond: Your family, friends, co-workers, and fellow parade-goers will fall in love with this king cake, made with rich almond paste and tart, tangy Louisiana satsumas. It's braided with a brioche-style dough, glazed with even more satsuma, and dusted with purple, green, and gold edible glitter. Give it as a gift or enjoy it yourself!
- Gluten-Free Cinnamon: This is ideal for anyone who loves the taste of a classic New Orleans king cake but can't do gluten. Soft and pillowy inside, with a not-too-sweet cinnamon ribbon and crust, vanilla glaze, and shimmery edible glitter, this is a cake for everyone to enjoy!
- NEW! Peanut Butter & Jelly: For over 100 years, the PB&J has been one of America’s favorite sandwiches, and now, we’re on a mission to make it one of your favorite king cakes! We’ve paired creamy peanut butter, cream cheese, and fresh strawberries for a perfect Carnival treat!
- NEW! Peaches & Cream Cheese: On dessert sideboards across the South, peaches and cream reign supreme. So, faculty and students began to wonder, could the twosome also reign at Carnival? One taste of this amazing king cake, and you'll know the answer is yes!
WHERE TO FIND OUR KING CAKES
It's easiest to find our cakes at the King Cake Hub (KingCakeHub.com), but we're also making them available for pickup and shipping!
TO ORDER FOR PICKUP
Select a flavor and the date you want to pick up your cake. Pickup will be in Press Street Station (at the corner of Royal and Homer Plessy Way) from 9am-12pm each day.
Please note: All king cakes are made to order. Cutoff time for orders is 3pm two days before the desired pickup. For example, if you want to pick up a cake on Saturday, January 6, you'll need to order it by Thursday, January 4 at 3pm. We strongly encourage you to order early, because we may sell out in advance of the 3pm deadline!
TO ORDER FOR SHIPPING
We've just added a shipping option! On Monday, January 29 and Monday, February 5, we'll prepare your order for shipping to anywhere in the continental U.S. We recommend a shorter ship time to ensure freshness.
Please note that we will ship out your order on your chosen date, but once it leaves our hands, we don't have any control over delivery process. We can't offer refunds for items that arrive late. Sorry!
REFUNDS
Our king cakes are made to order, so we can't offer refunds after the purchasing window has closed. If you'd like a refund, please email us no later than 3pm two days before pickup (e.g. Thursday at 3pm for a Saturday pickup). Our address is marketplace@noccafoundation.org. Cakes that aren't picked up within 48 hours of their scheduled pick-up time will be scrapped.

Contains milk, eggs.
Peanut Butter and Jelly: wheat flour, water, oil, milk, sugar, yeast, salt, creamy peanut butter, cream cheese, vanilla, strawberries, pectin, powdered sugar, edible glitter. Contains wheat, milk, peanuts.
Peaches & Cream Cheese: wheat flour, water, oil, milk, sugar, yeast, salt, peaches, cream cheese, pectin, powdered sugar, edible glitter. Contains wheat, milk.
