Returns

We're happy to offer refunds and exchanges on select t-shirts, sweatshirts, and other items from the "New.Notable.NOCCA" collection and the "NOCCA merch, available for pickup or shipping" collection within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. When applicable, it must also be in the original packaging. Food items and gift cards cannot be returned, and unfortunately, we're unable to refund shipping charges. We occasionally allow customers to cancel their orders for food items like king cake when the cancellation is made well in advance. See individual product pages for details.
