About the artist
Belinda Flores-Shinshillas is a visual artist born in Mexico City and a resident of New Orleans. She received a Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in Printmaking and Painting from Southeastern Louisiana University and a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration from Louisiana State University.
