NOCCA's Culinary Arts department and Cake Cafe's Steve Himelfarb are baking cheesecakes and cupcakes for Mother's Day! There are three varieties of cheesecake and three different cupcakes, all available for purchase at NOCCAMarketplace.com. (Mother's Day 2021 is Sunday, May 9.)

Cheesecakes come in Raspberry Swirl, Mocha Chip, and Blueberry Goat Cheese, while our cupcake flavors are Chocolate, Lemon, and Wedding Cake. Cheesecakes are $30 each, and cupcakes are priced at $30/dozen (single flavors only, no mixed dozens please). Cheesecakes are also available in gluten-free, crust-free versions

PICKUP OR DELIVERY
Orders can be picked up between 10am and 1pm on Friday or Saturday, May 7 and 8, at Press Street Station (5 Homer Plessy Way, New Orleans). Orders can also be delivered to addresses within a five-mile radius of the NOCCA campus for an additional fee. We will deliver on Friday and Saturday, May 7 and 8, between 9am and 4pm. We will do our best to tell you in advance when to expect us!

PLEASE NOTE: We will deliver orders to the billing address provided at checkout.  

If you miss your Friday pickup or delivery, you can pick up your order at Press Street Station on Saturday, May 8, between 10am and 1pm. If you miss your Saturday pickup or delivery, we will try to accommodate pickups in Press Street Station on the morning of Sunday, May 9. Any purchase not picked up or received will be considered a donation to The NOCCA Institute.

Raspberry Swirl Cheesecake
We use only fresh berries, plus raspberry jam! Ingredients: cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, eggs, raspberry jam, graham crumbs, butter, raspberries, lemon juice, corn starch. Allergens: dairy, eggs, wheat.
Raspberry Swirl Cheesecake (gluten-free with no crust)
Ingredients: cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, eggs, raspberry jam, raspberries, lemon juice, corn starch. Allergens: dairy, eggs.
Mocha Chip Cheesecake
Decadently rich, coffee and chocolate cheesecake. Ingredients: cream cheese, sour cream, coffee, coffee extract, espresso powder, sugar, eggs, graham crumbs, butter, dark chocolate, heavy cream. Allergens: dairy, eggs, wheat.
Mocha Chip Cheesecake (gluten-free with no crust)

Blueberry Goat Cheese Cheesecake
A great dessert every mom will love. Ingredients: goat cheese, cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla, graham crumbs, butter, blueberries, lime juice, corn starch. Allergens: dairy, eggs, wheat.
Blueberry Goat Cheese Cheesecake (gluten-free with no crust)
Ingredients: goat cheese, cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla, blueberries, lime juice, corn starch. Allergens: dairy, eggs
Chocolate Cupcakes (1 dozen)
